Post your Secret Bunny hints and hauls in here... First hint: I can't recall ever being in a BIF with my target.
To whomever has me as their target: I will try and keep my wants as updated as possible over the next couple weeks. I love trying new things, especially in the styles I truly enjoy (I can appreciate most styles, though). Seekabrew.com is a good reference, but don't rely on it heavily, as it won't accurately portray what beers I have or have had. I try and review as much beer as I try as I can, and I'm active on untappd. I have a cellar link in my profile and try and keeps my gots kept up, at least somewhat. Wants are great, but a quality unknown local gem is just as exciting! A hint for my target: I can hit some wants from a seemingly favorite brewery of yours. you are not directly north of me.
It's usually kept secret in BIFs... keeping the participant list in the dark is part of the fun of guessing...
We're not really in the dark, just take a look at the message from brandoman announcing that all the targets have been set. I think it's safe to assume that all the conversation participants are all the BIF participants.
I want to throw this out there real quick, I am thinking of sending my box early as there will be some IPA magic that needs to be consumed as fresh as possible. Any one have an issue with this? I mean it will only effect one person as he is drinking before the rest of us.
I certainly wouldn't have an issue with this. Maybe you could wrap any bottles that don't need to be consumed right away so your target could still "open" the rest of their box later.
My target is north of me and hasn't posted in this thread yet either. He will certainly be crushed with a bottle and some swag from a certain release that is taking place in 4 days!!
The only real issue is making sure your target is actually around earlier than the shipping date. Somebody on vacation the week before the window might be saying "oh shipping window is march 18-27, I'll be home by then". It would suck to send a box only to have it sit outside (remember it's still winter in many areas too) for a week.
Hint #2: My target has a major university that belongs to a major NCAA conference that will likely produce the most amount of March Madness teams, including the school that is in my target's state.
