I almost didnt get the bigfoot cause the sign said "Sierra Nevada Wood Aged" and the bottles were facing the other way but something told me to go back in and boom there it was
I just picked up my quarterly beer shipment from Bin 2860 and snatched up a few other goodies while I was there. Including the last bottle of Barrel Roll.
I went in to a bevmo to pick up either a 4 pack or maybe 2 bombers...of a usual! as i only had 20$ and wasn't planning anything special......and was shocked to see this at a bevmo!!! Maybe cause as a store they continually let me down!
Just a few things I picked up recently. Zombie Killer was just impulse buy for my wife. Love the Meantime Naval College Old Porter. Not pictured: Victory at Sea.
Took a trip with the woman today to Lake Geneva...
Then I copped these goodies from the Mars Cheese Castle on the way back
Thanks Wisco for a fun day and the tasty treats!
I feel supremely spoiled knowing that I can pick this beauty up pretty much anytime
Man your gonna make whale hunting illegal!
I can fool myself into thinking you just found a bunch of four packs and filled them in. The picture is kind of blurry...
This isn't my latest haul, its whats still remaining after last weeks tasting....Kyle (thehooch) hooked me up with so much amazing stuff that I'll have to stop drinking after all this is gone because I'll never recreate the haul that we put together. But until then, this is what I had to decide about earlier this evening. Thanks Kyle...
I liked you post because Bevmo always lets me down.

Wonder if there's ever been a beer for cheese trade made on BA. That aged cheddar looks awesome!
True, as far as beer goes. I only go there for common stuff. Like stone or lost abbey or some ten fidy....i don't ever expect to see something good. Or in good condition(infact the sucaba box was bent on the corners)
There could be if you want it to ... Just got to figure out how to ship cheese to California without it spoiling
Washington Beer Open House, this past weekend:
No, those aren't all mine. Limit was 4.
Maybe you could send me a couple bottles, eh?

Not an amazing haul by any means, but I had to do a 400 mile round trip to Dallas this morning to drop a buddy at the airport, so I figured I'd pick up a few beers Dallas gets that we don't get distributed in Austin. Almost made the 6 hours of driving worthwhile.....
I actually wanted 2. One to try and the other to soak brats in!!
Awesome box from Hugonaut13! Thanks Tom!
Where on Long Island? I'm out on the East End near the Hamptons...
Shewwww. I'm sorry.
I see what you did there.
I think I would have bought out whatever they had left, what a nice find to be just on the shelf! What years are those BC's?
For some reason I thought KBE was waxed as well. I will do a home wax job.
Looks better waxed!
I'm much closer to the western edge of Suffolk - I've found their products are at these stores: BeerCity, BigZ, and HuntingtonSuperstar
Anytime I feel guilty over the amount of beer I buy I pull up to this thread and quickly feel justified. Some of you you guys are fucking crazy!
Friend from CA sent me some awesomeness:
Combination of a few trades boxes, some purchases and one bottle that was given to me (BCBS) over the last month or so. Bought more stuff off the shelf in that span of time, but it's all been drank.

So much goodness... Excited to crack the George! and Nebuchadnezzar very soon. All the BA Bigfoots are headed off, though. I might keep one bottle, but I doubt it.
Business turned pleasure and also had the opportunity to meet up and drink with another awesome BA in town as well.
