Pairing beer with latkes?

    Heya,
    making a shitload of latkes tonight (fried potato pancakes) for Hannukah. topping them with sour cream and home-made apple sauce.

    anyone have any beer pairings with fried potato and onion foods?

    I agree with UCLA, fried potato and onion goes with pretty much any beer, so might as well choose the chosen beer.
