Luckily the Saucer served this with proper glassware yesterday. And a BB1 to enjoy next to it!

Any word on BRC's pricing as of yet? Hopefully it stays South of $10.

I haven't heard yet, but I kind of doubt it's under $10. I've seen both Rye-on-Rye and Brooklyn Black Ops there for $30 a bottle. :(

    Holy crap!

Petrol was way less than I'm seeing posted here.

Guess I am gonna have to stop talking shit about Petrol price gouging on rare bottles. Looks like they actually are one of the better prices around town.

How much was Petrol charging for BB2?

I feel bad for my buddy, BRC at Lunch in an hour or so may be his last hope for BB2 so he's gonna have to bend over.

    $8 each at Petrol.

Hell, that's the 2nd cheapest To-Go price and normal price at a bar.

    I got my 1 personal to stash, I'm happy. I could get 2 more though....but I don't like the $15/bottle part.

I would like to drink one. That should be easier than getting to go. lol

My little hangout is supposed to get it early next week. I'm really hoping it's not $15/bottle though. I think the BB1 was $7 there last time.

Felt like I needed a credit check to walk in that joint. My buddy did score his 2 bottles so it was worth it I guess. $18.50 a pint for BBA Old Raspy XV and $8 a Snifter of Black Butte XXIV - The samples were good though. ;)

I can see why folks might wanna trash on BB1 now though, BBA Old Raspy is pretty damned good. I might get flamed but I think I like BBA Hellfighter over Black Butte XXIV.

Ya, that was crap. BB1 they had was expensive, like $10 I think. Which is what I was expecting this time, then got the bill. Grr, I like BRC though not at least saying what the price was kind of ticked me off. That and they have a bunch of new people working that don't know what they are doing. They added $50 to my parties tab that should not have been there. They eventually took it off after we pointed it out. Again, I do like BRC, but that place is schizophrenic sometimes.

Bishop’s Barrel No. 3 will be the BBA Weizenbock (DR7 maybe?) with cocoa nibs that we were told about first before any other BB, Look for it in May of this year.

Also heard that there will be 6 BB's total (for now)

DR7 is not BB3. It's a new in house recipe. 6 total BBs? Where did you hear that?

Since you are here, how many barrels and any chance any of the future releases will not be bar/restaurant only?

How many beer barrels or bourbon barrels? I suspect a similar size release to BB2 if not more.

Will BBs ever not be bar/restaurant only? I believe so. In the near future? Hopefully. I believe I've posted before that it'd be great if the BBs were released at the brewery. New bills have been proposed for that to potentially happen. As the time comes closer, I'll post more about the bills and ask you all to write to your congressman.

Who made the spreadsheet? I don't think Whole Foods in DFW received BB1 but I could be wrong.

Its a public document that anyone can edit, so its bound to have misinformation. Like someone changing Hay Merchant's on sale time to 5pm yesterday to throw people off.

Well if it matters, all of those WFM locations have on-premise, so I think they'd be eligible to get the beer. Nothing as far as hard proof of it being there though.

It would be, but they'd have to make the beer thicker to stand up to the barrel.
