this is probably in the top 2-3 beer festivals I've been to, especially if you get VIP tix.

Can anyone elaborate with examples of what has been offered in years past?

On their facebook I saw BA Narwhal and something from Sixpoint. Which is good.

    Thanks...
That's good and all, but it's not $100 ticket good.

$100 for 4hrs isn`t bad all things considered. Isn`t it going to be cold as balls in January though? This fest may replace Brewvival on my calendar.

For me the top three beer events in the triangle are: the Raleigh Rare & Vintage, the Bull City Food and Beer Experience and Brewgaloo.

It's an amazing festival. The beers are top notch. I highly recommend the VIP ticket but be prepared to be on the computer the minute that the tickets go on sale because VIP will go QUICK!!

Other than being in an hour early, what are the advantages of VIP? Or is that the only advantage you really need.

Definitely worth it. Can't find last years tap list but I do remember there being no line for BA Speedway.

Not many things are out early, IMO VIP is great for when Founders phones it in and brings 2 bottles to a festival then packs up 10 minutes in

Awesome fest but only with a VIP ticket. It gets crowded quickly after that but the beer didn't kick till very late.
