I have to voice my opinion on this matter. I believe Meads and Ciders need/should be a style available to rate/view on this site for a few reasons. A) They are both part of the BJCP (BEER Judge Vertificiation Program) guidelines for homebrew competitions B) They are available to rate/view on other "competitor" sites C) They are sometimes posted in various forums for dicussion, most predominantly the ISO:FT and Beer Releases forum D) Braggots are listed, really not that much difference in the scheme of things If someone has a good reason why they are not available, please chime in...
This is not a BJCP homebrew competition. We're not other websites. This is a beer website. Braggots are beer hybrids. Why not sake? Why not wine? Why not anything that's fermented? > BeerAdvocate.
