My friend raveskdr and I are putting together a tasting of rare Lost Abbey beers and are looking for others to contribute. We're located in the DC area, but wanted to open this up to anyone who lives remotely nearby. So far we have the following beers: Veritas 006 Veritas 009 Veritas 010 Duck Duck Gooze Sinners Blend 2010 We're looking to add any of the following: Veritas 001-005, 007 & 008 Sinners Blend 2008 Cable Car Cable Car Kriek Isabelle Proximus Vintage Cuvee de Tomme Yellow Bus Some of these are obviously more realistic than others, but I just wanted to see if we could find others who might be interested.
Right now there's not really a fixed date since there are only two of us and we're pretty flexible - sometime in the next month or two. We wanted to talk to others who might be interested and see what works for them.
Looks like we're squared away on the Cable Car and Sinners 2008. Still looking for most everything else on the list.
Sounds like fun! I'm back and forth between DC and SD quite often, and I've got a friend that works at the brewery ... I've got an Isabelle and some Veritas, and I'm sure I got could my hands on some more.
