How do you insert a picture from an iphone?

It asks for an image URL. You can't just copy and past a pic into a thread? Any help would be great.

Nope. Have to upload it to a service and provide a link.

I downloaded the imgurp app. Upload a photo. Get embed code. Copy that BBCode. And paste

Download the imgur app. Upload the picture via the app. Once uploaded hit the get embedded code and paste it here.

Providing you're browsing via the iphone. Otherwise, you can create an account (free) and login to imgur via a pc/mac. Once it's uploaded to imgur (via the phone) copy the embedded code url from there and paste it here.

Depends, via the phone, not that i'm aware of.

I've emailed the picture from my phone to myself (same email account), then uploaded it via the website on another pc.

It is not working, no idea what I am doing wrong.

Need more details. What are you trying to do? Using the app? Error message?

I use ohotobucket and it works just fine. There is a thread in the help section dealing with inserting the pictures.

There is no way once you have copied the link to paste it on the iphone. There is no insert/edit image on the iphone when you are logged into beeradvocate. Only on a pc does it have this option. Correct??

You can't just paste it into the text box? Hold your finger down where you want to paste it. The paste option should come up

Sorry, but this is why I don't post pics. All that just to share a pic, no thanks. Go thru a service, URLs ...I'll just drink it & review it. But yet I can upload & change my avatar w/ease...

I used to think the same thing, until I actually did it. It takes me probably less than a minute to take the pic and post it here. It's really quite simple (and kinda fun). I respect your opinion, but I'd be glad to help you if you change your mind. Cheers!

So, there's two imgur-ish apps...one is "ImgurApp" and displays an i icon; the other is the "Imgupr" app and displays the up arrow icon...the latter is the one you want. The former doesn't offer the BBCode option, the latter does.
