I've been nursing a couple Great Lakes Alchemy Hour DIPAs over the course of the evening, and I just got the craving for a simple snack. About as simple as they come, actually: some good, crusty bread with butter. However, I swear the butter tastes significantly saltier than it usually does. I generally don't drink hoppy beers with food, so has anyone else ever found juicy, fruity hoppy beer to accentuate salt in food?
