    ISO! ISO!

Holy rusted metal rocks batman! Did my three favorite breweries actually do this, or is it all just a dream?

I'm going to miss the Norma release, which sucks. I'll have to console myself with Damon a couple weeks later. Sucks that Damon is only a 1 bottle limit, but I think they realize that the Damon release could be an absolute shitshow.

Is anyone else more excited for the Flora with mandarins than anything else on that list?

If there was one brewery who's reserve membership I'd shell out a ton of money for, it's HF.

    Ugh. My loins!

Other breweries have like 4 special releases each year. Hill Farmstead has 18 in ~7 months.

And I'll probably go up at least 12 times.

Just made a decision to only buy Hill Farmstead beers for the next 20-60 years. I mean, what's the point anymore? Those next two CD beers sound out of this world. More Damon, a whole new SERIES of BBA Stouts, BA Everett, Flora. C'mon, man.

In between all this you'll just have a (hopeful) return trip through Society and Solitude, maybe some more Life without Principle beers, and probably 5-6 new and incredible hoppy beers.

Is it safe to say both variations of Damon will be released at the same time?
  31. cfrances33 Member

    Location:

More likely than not, they will be released "when they are ready." It is quite possible they could be released at the same time. Since the advent of the bottle release schedule on the HF website, the months and dates listed have rarely been set in stone. All depends on how long the beer takes to develop to what Shaun envisions it to be...

Yea this certainly makes sense...but I def want to go up there for both, and would be much easier on my wallet if I didnt have to go up twice in the same month...but if I do then so be it. o_O

Fear and Trembling on the shelf (via HF FB and Twitter). If anyone's heading to HF and coming down for EBF and also looking for fresh Hopslam BM me. I'd love a couple bottles or F&T and would def trade Hopslam.

Reserve society details at embracethefunk.com. Glassware availability is on the retail shop tab of their website. Come on, people... Use google!

I talked with Shawn at the Birth of Tragedy release. He mentioned that they might be releasing new glassware and showed me a picture on his phone. More of an oversized flute if I remember correctly. Perhaps the end of the stemmed globe, or just an extension of their offerings?

Heading up to VT in March, and OF COURSE I'll be there the only 3 friggin days of the week they are closed. Anyone interested in an IP trade? Nothing big, but Im hoping for a Damon. I know, with a one-per-person limit, its a longshot, but hoping someone could have a friend meander in after them and grab an extra. I'd do whatever I could to make it worth the effort. At the very lease, some glasswear and a few Arthurs! Ill be in Waterbury for most of the Duration of March 17-19.

Probably heading back up in the Summer too, looks like July will be the month to go. Fingers crossed for reserve memberships!
