Heads-up: American Craft Beer Week is this week; May 14-20, 2012. It's a great time to be a beer drinker in the US. From craft beer's endless options, to its ever evolving culture, and to its strong community, we have a lot to celebrate. How are you celebrating American Craft Beer Week? Celebration Tips: Visit local breweries, buy some beer to-go. Patronize bars and stores that support American craft beer. Attend a beer tasting or dinner featuring American craft beer. Organize an American craft beer tasting / bottle-share with friends. Brew a batch of homebrew with friends. Urge local bars, restaurants and stores to support American craft beer. Say "thanks" to a brewer. Spread the word! However you celebrate, do it with American craft beer and raise one (or several) to all of the people, breweries and businesses that made American craft beer what it is today. Cheers!
Good celebration tips. I'll be visiting a local brewery, attending a beer tasting. I have organized a beer tasting. I will thank a brewer. I would also like to thank you Todd, Jason, & everyone at BA for doing as much for craft beer as anyone. Keep up the good work. Cheers! Jon
