Founders Backwoods Bastard is always limited and one of my favorites. I have done a lot of searching. The only information I can find is four different caramel malts. 10.2% ABV and 50 IBUs. Here is the recipe I came up. Golden Promise - 89% Special B- 3.33% Caramel 120- 2.22% Caramel 60-2.22% Carapils 2.22% Chocolate 1.11% Magnum to 50 IBUs Add 8 ounces Bourbon and Medium French Oak to Secondary. Tasting weekly to watch out for over oaking. Anyone on with experience with a BB Wee Heavy?
