I have a great creamy crab chowder from Maryland. What beer would you pair with it?
Maybe a moderately hopped IPA, like 60 Minute? I could also see a Hefeweizen going well with it.
I must say that chowder sounds amazing !!!
Tripels go well with seafood.
That's a good thought too.
I'll see what I have on hand or make a run within the next couple of days and tuck in probably on Saturday with some fresh baked bread. I'll let you all know how it turns out.
