I think what you meant was "diabetic coma". Anaphylactic shock is in reference to allergic reactions. Also, yes, that combo would probably spin someone into a serious medical condition.

DLD 2010, friends and I all stayed at our buddy's house in Munster, he had a ping pong table, and we'd stuck around for the late sales of Dark Lord so we had a decent amount of bottles, so we decided to play Dark Lord pong. After a couple rounds of that, a few of the guys decided they wanted to do the "ultimate black and tan", using the Westy 12 and Dark Lord. I unfortunately missed out on this part, but I heard it was, er.... magical?

I'd say use something from Saint Arnold to make it a Heaven & Hell, but everything they do is awful. Maybe use Lost Abbey's Saints Devotion if you're okay with something less or not at all carbonated.
