Got word that Trappist was going to have a Struise mini-fest on Tuesday at 6PM with: BLACK ALBERT CUVEE DELPHINE STRUISE PANNEPOT STRUISE XXX RYE TRIPLE STRUISE XXXX QUADRUPEL DOUBLE BLACK DAMNATION V I won't be around on Tuesday, but Trappist Provisions also tapped a keg of Double Black last night! It was $14 a pour, 6 oz at 26%. I'd call it fair since bottles sold for $90 each and this works out to cheaper per oz. I think this one pretty successfully lived up to the hype.
