A fire extinguisher, flame extinguisher, or simply an extinguisher, is an active fire protection device used to extinguish or control small fires, often in emergency situations. It is not intended for use on an out-of-control fire.

I'm confused as to what you're asking. Are you looking for beers that minimize that chili pepper burn, or are you just looking for good pairings? For peppers that hot, beer isn't much of an extinguisher. However, I've found the sweetness of and heavy carbonation of a Tripel of Belgian Strong Golden Ale to be a welcome release from the sting of extremely spicy food.
