Yards Chocolate Love Stout or Williamsburg AleWerks Bitter Valentine (although I haven't seen it yet this year...)

My girlfriend hates beer so I will probably end up drinking an entire six pack of whatever to myself and scream at her until I cry and blackout in her arms...Just like every Valentines Day!
I always cook for V-Day. We usually have wine but my wife specifically requested beer. We are going to start off with a BCBS and something lighter during dinner, maybe a Belgian blond, and then knock out dessert with some homebrew lambic to cut the sweetness.
What do you guys think of something like 3 Monts, or Deus? Something people not as "beer geek chic" might find a little more champagne-like?

Last year it was the Rogue's Mom Hefeweizen brewed with rose petals.. This year I got my wife an Anchorage Love Buzz Saison. She loves brett saisons/IPAs.. Hope she likes it.
I planned on opening a Yards Chocolate Love Stout on Vday but I have to bartend that night. So we opened it last night for The Walking Dead. For anyone in the Philly area, it's one to check out! $9/750ml, too.
