Just had some amazing grilled Mahi fish tacos. What is the best pairing with this?
Did you have any sauce with them or any kind of pico, cilantro, etc? I've made fish tacos before with some home made chipotle sauce or jalapeno sauce, and because of how light and clean the white meat is, with the spice of the sauce, I'd go with a hoppy pale ale or a lighter IPA. Deschutes Red Chair NWPA comes to mind initially.

Any time fish is involved (other than salmon) I like Pilsners or blond ales.
