BCBS 2012 - Michigan Release/Sightings

I would add to this that in my experience last week some places use the 4pk as the limit so not overly hard to get 3 4pks if you did your homework.

Washtenaw liquor store in ypsi has a few 4 packs left out of the two cases they got. Guys at counter were surprised how fast it was selling at 24.99. Said their cost was 21. No single bottles that I saw.

That place seems pretty pricey across the board.

It just pisses me off that stores charge whatever the hell they want for this...3 different stores in Livonia, 3 different prices..Wine Castle 5.99..Beer Baron 8.99...Wine Palace 9.99........I mean seriously..

I saw a store a few weeks ago that was charging $21.99/4pk. Yesterday I went in there and they it on the shelf for $27.99/4pk.

yep, per bottle..Obviously the Wine castle is fine..that is probably what should be charged..Ive seen it no "cheaper" than 23.99 a 4 pack near me..But Ive seen nowhere, where I can buy a 4 pack

Algers Liquor in Grosse Pointe on Mack just east of Cadieux still has some. Not sure how much they have but I asked the counter dude and he said it wasn't selling. I did see it was $6.99 a bottle so that could be a factor. I got it at cost.

Goodrich and Oades both have it now, limit 1 4 pack, 21.99 at Goodrich behind the counter need to ask for it; 24.99 at Oades I believe, they still had quite a bit.

I paid that for one of my 4 packs, but the guy was holding if for me and I didnt know how much it was before. Even still in the grand scheme of things is 8 dollars really worth running around for? I dont think so.

And 95% of the beer I drink is Michigan beer. Just because my Avatar suggests to everyone to drink the fabulous beer we have in our state, does not mean I should only be limited to that.
