Probably people who came in for Abyss, saw that there was still Dissident on the shelves, and grabbed another. I wish my HEB carried anything resembling beer I want to buy....
I hate that HEB Plus, The one I got to at Greenlawn and 45 is pretty much only good for fresh Lost Gold and Stash. Although I did grab Black Ops and Pumpkinator on standard grocery trips(2 separate trips).
I actually go to the HEB on 1431 and Parmer, since its only 3 miles from my house. But its in Cedar Park, which isnt exactly a beer mecca! Never got ANYTHING like Pumpkinator or Black Ops there - lucky if they have standard JK offerings.
Goddamnit. Glad I didn't go all the way out to Escarpment during lunchtime. I'll just wait till some of the smaller shops in South Austin that you people don't hoard at get some.
If the 30 case rumor is true, those little shops might not even get any. I'm really surprised CM Westgate hasnt got it yet, though.

I can't believe HEB Escarpment went through 2 cases by lunch time. Guess it's my fault for blowing the lid on its Dissident stash (though in my defense, it had been on Deschutes's beer finder for several days).
When this dropped last year in Dallas I picked it up at the most random of places. Wondering if it comes out what stores get it this year. Checking this thread every day hoping it's the day is getting annoying now.
Looks like I missed out on it this year. It was so much easier to get last year. I did get an extra bottle of Dissident if anyone missed out on that so if anyone sent all of their relatives around to clean out everyone in town I would be willing to trade. I will even throw In a bottle of BCBS for your trouble. I also have a case of Hopslam on the way which will be here on Thursday.
It's on the beer menu at Mello Mushroom in SA for $18. I didn't see it in the beer fridges behind the bar though. Tap Exchange has a keg, but it hasn't been tapped yet. Looking forward to trying this one on draft.
Central Markets and Whole Foods haven't received any yet to my knowledge. They might have it tomorrow...gotta figure at some point CM's will have it since HEB's in the area have.
None at the San Marcos Gabriel's, if anyone is interested there is a case of 120 minute at the Kyle HEB. Have to look in the usual spots tomorrow...
Whole Foods on north lamar got it this morning. Live oak market might have some more, as might South Lamar Wine and Spirits.
I was at Whole Foods Arbor Trails grabbing a growler last night and the guy at the bar said they were getting their shipment in today. Pretty sure he said one bottle limit, and he's already had people ask about it, so it will go quick. Don't know what time they get their shipments in.
I asked that guy and he said the same thing. Then a guy buying a growler turned me onto Live Oak Market and I was able to get the last bottle.
Picked up a bottle at WF Lamar this morning. It's in the back so you have to find someone to ask, and I have no idea how much they have
A buddy of mine picked one up for me last night at Whole Foods, 1 bottle limit. I spoke Specs Airport this morning and he said they got a few cases. Not sure if they have any left now though.

Really surprised not to have heard that CM has it yet. They're usually ahead of the curve, not behind. But at least that might mean there's still a chance
