I am looking for a bar that will fill my growler full of (512) Pecan Porter. Earlier I was at Petrol and they were out, and Hay Merchant wouldn't fill it with the cask version. Are there any others I can go to? Nostrovya, Brian
The first day they opened, Hay Merchant gave me a growler with Dry Hopped Hopsickle that was cask conditioned as an experiment. I can tell you, it was a silly idea. I'm not sure of any other bars around that would have Pecan Porter on and do growler fills. Maybe hit up a Whole Foods that has a bar, or peep HM's website from time to time.
You know FUNKPhd, I didn't even think of Whole Foods, thanks. Hay Merchant had the non cask version previously but at the time all they had was the cask, and that won't hold up in a growler. I appreciate the idea!
