The backstory on that is there was an interruption in service from our distributor as a result of us changing our license to a brewpub. We were required by law to get a contract on file with TABC. Hashing out the contract with our distributor took time. As we've mentioned before, our space is very limited and we need to get beer out of the brewery when it's ready. Otherwise, we'd have to shut down production. This resulted in out of state shipments of our beer during the period of interruption in service from our distributor. Small quantities of some of our limited beers were included on these shipments. We'd rather have sold this beer in Texas, but when faced with the choice of complying with TABC code or temporarily shutting down production, we chose complying with the code.

Good question. I think the short answer, "yes". Although, it's likely to be sporadic and will all depend on how much we have available. As I mentioned above, we had a temporarily interruption to our Texas distribution while we tended to achieving TABC compliance with our new brewpub license. That's over now, and small quantities of beers like Ol Oi and Boxer's Revenge have started to be distributed in Texas. With time, the amount of barrel aged beers we distribute beyond our brewery will likely increase. But for the time being, supply will be sporadic, inconsistent, and based on the demand here at our brewery for those beers.
