Traded quantity of Heady + some CW BBBW + nice extras for a MD (he did not have to add anything)

 

If you were on the other end of these deals...people would accuse you of profiteering. Both sides are happy with the deal, I imagine. Enjoy your beer.

 

Wait, which side? To clarify, I traded for the TG stuff. I responded to ISO threads both times (MD trade was on another site) and basically let them state the terms - I merely agreed to them.

Seeing as how some people refuse to rate anything as a 100, I think it is inevitable that ratings will come down a bit over time. Add to that, someone will rate it lower because it wasn't their favorite style or something like that. However if you want my personal opinion, I think everyone should try to trade for an Assassin if they have the ammo for it. Doesn't trade that high and it is very delicious. KB and MD are crazy good but they trade for so much that most can't get one.

 

I extra'd all my assassins, figured holding them hostage was dumb and would rather hook up some fine folks.

 

But, it did. And it wasn't the trader with the Assassin that put up the ISO: offer.

You can not change a rock's mind. The lone detractor has used every argument and is now grasping at straws.

The fact is that just about 95-99% of people who try it really like it, the detractor has not tried it and is just trying to dismiss every review as 'homer' or 'just a had not a review' 'another midwest whale' and blah blah blah.

We can wrap up this thread with a nice bow at this point by saying

"In the end a well hyped beer lived up to the expectations of this community and it is something people want to drink, its rating is well deserved and for all intents and purposes it is a world class 99 point beer."

Just like a batting average after the all-star break the player at some point has had enough at bats for analysts to say "He is what his Batting Average says he is". At this time that batting average is ~.950 -- .975 based on the stats. Haters gon hate, facts are facts, the verdict is in, and overwhelmingly people like it, I like it and that is good enough!

 

I traded one of mine for a Black Note 12oz, Silva Stout and a BB4D. Not everyone is asking for an arm and a leg.
