What's the largest number of different beers you've seen on tap at one place?

I'd like to add to the Max's comment. It's ALL quality which is the most important in my book. Churchkey as well.

Falling Rock has the most of any place Ive ever been. I didnt actually count so Im glad you have. Also the tap list was amazing (at least from the point of view of an East Coaster who was visiting). Any place with Supplication on tap is more than OK with me. Actually it is probably my favorite bar I have ever been to.

Probably one of the Taco Mac locations in Atlanta area. Typically havore 100 or more taps.
Their new location in Charlotte has 140.

This. The same point I was trying to make in my earlier post: more taps does not equal better! In fact, the more taps, the less likely anything will be fresh. Look for fewer taps.

That place has the worst quality draft in the area... Rather be at a lizard with 35 taps. At least the lines are clean.

We find the same thing with cask beers here-turnover and freshness is everything so a pub with more beers than it can sell quickly risks offering poorer beer. Some put on extra casks for the weekends and when they run out aren't all replaced until the next weekend. Cleaning lines is vital and should be done at least once a week.I have been lucky enough at times to turn up on line cleaning day and being given samples from each pump just to check the beer is OK. Other places clean the lines every time a beer is changed.
I wonder how line cleaning works in a place with 100 taps.

I'm horrified at thinking what these places must be like to drink in! Are they the beer equivalent of a McDonalds or a beer supermarket? Obviously I experience massive numbers of beers in festivals , these are in vast halls as they have to be but I wouldn't like to drink in places like that very often.

I wouldn't say my experiences have been like either a McDonalds or a supermarket. Taco Mac is just a run of the mill sports bar with a TON of different beer, some good, some not. Flying Saucer is a very classy establishment without a hint of either fast food or mass production. I'm sure there are some out there with these problems, though.

Taco Mac at "The Prado" has 140 on draft, and another 200 in bottle.

Thanks. Here, even with a dozen or so pumps (plus perhaps some taps) the pubs are too large to be comfortable in.Ok for a flying visit but I really like to snuggle into a pub for a lengthy stay.

Yeah, but they are usually out of half of them, One time i had to make six choices before I found one they actually had. I don't go there anymore.

World of Beer usually has between 40 and 50 all craft. And over 500 bottles, cans ect. I think the one in Denver that is opening soon is going to have like 75.

That's understandable; I'm a big fan of the cozy pub feel, myself. Flying Saucer is pretty big, but in a cozy way. Lots of small rooms with couches. Beer Seller is more cozy, if you're staying in the Nashville area. I think they have 20 taps, too. Not the most amazing bar, but I love the atmosphere and the staff and it's super cozy.
