Ah well, worth a try but the wheatwine element of Hoppy Hefe didn't last the year in the bottle and is just Stale Beer

 

another aged one last night - Little Creatures Day of the Long Shadow - aged really well, and I recall the last bottle was a bit thin. this was good drinking.....

That's funny, the VC in Darwin has just put Shepherd's Delight on the shelves

 

Mr Obadiah isn't yet at the VC in Wynyard

 

Slow Beer has the new single batch listed as in stock, the question is if I order from them, I'd be messing around for another week trying to get the beer. Might just wait until some other suppliers have it stocked.

 

My lager served via the mobile beer truck ...

 

Drie Fonteinen Oude Geuze - probably the best beer I have had in the last couple of years.

Currently a three year old Green Flash Double Stout. Very nice.

In other news, there is a case of Cascade sours on its way to the hotel where I'll be in Seattle on Friday night. (Lukie, eat your heart out).
