Looking forward to meeting some other BA's up there. Won't be staying for the bottle share unfortunately, but I might be able to part with 1 bottle (maybe 2) of Mexican Cake for an IP trade if anyone is interested.

We'll see all you "hunters" in the morning! Looks like 77 degrees and all sunshine, "terrible" weather to drink some brews!!

I wanna give BIG THANKS to Chris and all of his guys and volunteers. One Hell of an great event !! Great brews under the tent (and the ones in the cellar sale). More so, all the great people I met and old friends I reconnected with. My adopted sons from Roanoke (I picked up another adopted one from up in the Roanoke area today). Thank gawd you 3 are over 18, no child support payments  always great seeing you guyz. Finally met Josh Brewer from Mother Earth and his assistant (sorry names are kinda like chiggers to me, they don't stick around long). Also great to see Jamie AGAIN from Foothills, finally met his wife and child (you guys pray for her having to put up with that suns uh beyotch:rolling_eyes:). Got to meet Vance from Greenville, S.C., hate you had to hit the road so early but I completely understand. Met Benji from H.P. (like 15 minutes from me) solid dude, I'm sure we're gonna touch base since we've met. Also met a homebrewer from Winston Salem by the name of Chad, he's gonna let me clean out his cornie kegs and consume said contents:astonished: Probably missing some folks here and I apologize, but I met and had a great time BSing with my newest adopted beer daughter Tracey from Stokesdale via Detroit Mitchigun. Great, knowledgeable young lady and shes about 1/10th as fulla shit as I am (insert Redneck smiley face here). The longer I stay in this crafty beer consortium the more I realize that great beers come and go but the people you meet along the way is what really matters. Cheers to all my old and new friends ........ and Chris, like I told ya my new Friend; I'm just like herpes, I've left; but I'll be back. RedNeckBeerz

Agreed! Huge thanks to Chris and everyone @ the event! Perfect weather for this event! Redneck! It was great meeting you & cant wait til next time! This was a blast! I will definitely comeback to this again next year! I am burnt, exhausted, broke, & happy! The tastings were awesome & plenty of great people I got to meet. Again, massive thanks to Mr. Peabody's!

The cellar sale was absolutely spectacular! Thank you to all of the Peabody's employees and volunteers who worked this event.

I'm sure others can shed some light on what all was sold - some of my highlights are Cascade Blueberry and Allagash FV 13.

The real treat, however, came in the form of the bottle share at Appalachian Mountain Brewery (thanks also to AMB for hosting this bottle share!), where many kind beer enthusiasts broke out some awesome beers.

I've compiled a list of them here, though I'm sure I've missed some:

This document is open for editing, so feel free to add years and correct any mistakes!

Again, the cellar sale and beer share were outstanding. Thanks to everybody who made it happen!

I'll chime in too. Chris and Co. took way too much of my money but I had a fantastic time! Can't wait to do it again next year! Of course, this time I'll know to save a bunch of money in advance though! It killed me to leave and see that there were TEN+ cases of EvHo just sitting there! Ugh.

Anywho, loved the beer tasting and meeting so many BAer's. And thanks to RedneckBeerz and Legend8706 for the IP trades! If you live close by you should really consider going next year!

On second thought...don't. Leave all that delicious, rare beer for me!

Thanks again to Peabody's and Chris for a great time!
