I am heading back out West and will be driving through the area on a Sunday. I certainly plan on stopping by Falling Rock in Denver. But, I would really like to visit the actual breweries. Are there any that have tours, or at least have a tasting room open on a Sunday?

The only one closed on Sundays in Fort Collins is New Belgium, the rest have at least the taproom open.

I would also add, if you only have one day then you should focus on only Denver OR Fort Collins. Don't do both, because you will be wasting too much time traveling when you could be using that time to hit up different spots.

I'm heading to Laramie, so both cities are on the way. Now it's just picking the few I would have time to go to.
