Readily available/easier to find beers that age well?

    Burton Baton, Palo Santo Maron, Bigfoot, Narwhal, Brooklyn Chocolate, Founders IRS, Founders Breakfast Stout, Stone IRS, Expedition Stout, Old Curmudgans, Lower de Boom, Curieux, any Lambic's, Rochefort 10, DFH 120.

    old ruffian, hog heaven , and rogue old crustication. the ceramic bottle does wonders

    Agree on the Stone IRS, Expedition and Founders Imperial. I'll add in Dragons Milk as well, age does wonders to it.

    Aside from the above mentioned beers, Fuller's Vintage Ale does well too.

    The cheap shelf beers that I age are...
    Black chocolate stout
    Old stock ale
    Bigfoot
