I realize I have a huge cellar, so I'm kinda a hypocrite, but at what point are you gonna start cracking those open? Are you just going to keep holding out every year so you can complete the next year's set?

I must say, I've been mighty tempted to finish my 2012 set (I have the vanilla and muerte).

There are lots, it's impossible for me to have a favorite. 2008 BCBS has a special place in my heart cause it was bottled on my birthday.

I had a BA Maple Fayston yesterday. Drink it now. I can only imagine that that parts I liked would completely fall off after a year or two.

I'm waiting until the winter. I've had Lawson's stouts before and I prefer them on cold nights.

Sitting in an off-site temp controlled cellar with about 300 friends  In all fairness I've since sold 2 of these bottles to help fund the car projects.

I'd have to say my current gem is a bottleworks XII but I'm working on that cascade collection...slowly :/

Nothing overly special but I guess these are my most prized cellar dwellars:

    Blåbær
    Crianza Helena
Moat Water (simply because it is my favorite Imperial Stout)
