I love beer, wine and home brewing, and I'm slowly approaching the world of spirits. I can often be found sniffing, swirling and sipping beers from the world over and I attribute it to the fact that I've always enjoyed drinking beer for the taste versus the simple effects of it. I lived in Poland and Germany for a time and enjoyed their local brews; however, now that I am back in Canada and the craft beer scene is growing, I am excited to see what will come. I've won some awards for my homebrew and hope to own my own brewery within the next 5 years.
