** agreed to expand a base trade to include x amount of $4$ locals. I feel like he short changed me on $4$ and sent about half as much of the $4$ amount agreed upon, plus no extras. Not necessarily a bad trader, but I do feel he short changed me.

^^ almost reported for bad trader. We agreed on a plan to expand original trade, he didnt send the beers we specifically agreed to include, plus he massively shorted me on the $4$ that we agreed upon. Shady move, I would recommend avoiding this guy.
