Hey I'm a chef at a local restaurant and I also do the beer purchasing for our taps and bottles and the beer education for the staff. I also homebrew. Would love to trade with some folks for beer that I can't easily get.
I like stouts, porters, IPAs, barleywines, sours/wilds, saisons, and barrel aged goodness. I'll try anything once.
I don't care for pumpkin beers, German style wheat beers, or British style beers.
