    I truly love beer. I love every ingredient, the process, the anticipation and the care and creativity in every brew. I understand that reviewing beer is not a race. So many might see my reviews come up quickly. I have been meaning to transfer my notes to digital form for a while. I figure this is a great way to share them and keep them.
