    I am pretty nerdy about glassware and serving temperatures.

    I wash all my glassware with a dedicated brush and unscented soap.

    For a long time now, I've been pouring my beers straight down into the glass (not along the side) and letting a ton of head form... letting that die down... and pouring again...

    That sums it up for now.
