    I am a PRA at a major University in Colorado. I work with yeast in the lab to study cell cycle repair and chromatin remodeling. Early on I developed a passion for home brewing and brew whenever I get the opportunity. I keep my own cultures of brewers yeast at home along with several strains of lactobacillus and Brett that I have isolated from commercial beers.
