I've been into craft beer for about 7 years now and enjoying every moment of it. I guess I'm kind of typical these days, mostly enjoying the Imperial Stout side of the spectrum including barrel aged. I've also got a fondness for Belgian trappist/abbey style ales, ESB, and brown ales. If it's malty and roasty, I'm probably going to like it! Don't get me wrong though, I'm not going to turn down an IPA either.

I'm just starting to get a feel for what is in other distribution markets, so the below list is a work in progress and the wants are a bit weak right now and just state the obvious...

Favorite Styles (descending order)

• Stouts and Porters: Especially Barrel Aged and Coffee
• Belgian Strong Dark Ales (incl. Quads)
• Dubbels
• Tripels
• Scotch Ales / Wee Heavy
• Brown Ales
• IPA (Prefer piney to floral)

Currently not into:

• Sours
• Saisons
