    While I have been in the restaurant since I was 13 (10 years) I am sad to say I am only now getting acquainted with the world of beer. While wine and food were the main mediums I was expected to be knowledgeable in, I find myself yearning to mature and be a more rounded professional. I hope to learn from this site and polish my beer review writing so that I may better transition into the field of food, wine and beer writing for magazines.
