I have been an avid homebrewer since 1995. If it has to do with beer I am interested in learning it.
While I do really enjoy traditional Gueuze and Lambic, I have a passion for all well crafted beers.
What drives me to drink? The thought that there is a commercial beer out there, with some unique flavor profile that I need to experience. A goal of mine is to become the best brewer I can & that is why I drink commercial beers.
