I am a licensed beverage attorney representing breweries, wineries, wholesalers and other industries involved in the three tiered system.
I am an avid homebrewer who has gotten out of control. I currently have a 53 gallon bourbon barrel with a oud bruin that has been souring for a year and a half. I also have a 60 gallon wine barrel souring for 3 months with the intent of creating a straight lambic. I am considering another bourbon barrel to age a coffee imperial stout. I just need the room.
