When it comes to beer, I'm a huge hophead. Don't get me wrong; there's nothing wrong with a beer that has a strong malt-backbone, but to me, there's no substitute for a beer that makes you pucker with that delicious resinous, dank, fruity, piney burst of pure pleasure of hops. I'm a long time fan of IPA's and Imperial IPAs/IIPAs/DIPAs and always will be. Top 3 beers include The Alchemist's "Heady Topper", Green Flash's Imperial IPA, and Captain Lawrence's Imperial IPA", although I have yet to get my hands on other spectacular beers such as Russian River's "Pliny the Elder", Three Floyd's "Zombie Dust" and "Dreadnaught IPA".

When people ask me what I'd do if I won the lottery, I always respond with, "I'd start a brewery".
