I love everything about beer. Ever since my first Guinness in high school I have been searching out new and interesting beers. I love reading and learning about beer and just recently starting brewing one gallon all-grain batches which I really enjoy. I live in the mountains of Arizona (yes we have mountains and snow) and operate a small historic hotel with a beer and wine bar. Now that I am married with a little one on the way you are more likely to catch me sipping on a bomber at home rather than going out bars. I do still enjoy searching out new breweries and tap rooms and popping over to my favorite local bar once and a while to try something new on tap.Interact
