"Favorite Beer Style" is a bad question, but I'll say saison / farmhouse because there's something about the range of possibility within the farmhouse style(s) that is unique to me and can't be replicated. I think my beer-heart lies in damp, musty, horseblanket-y cave somewhere.
Beyond that, aside from whatever's the awesomest, generally my favorite things are funky saisons and Belgian pales. Really though, I'm also a sucker for good hop-bombs and beers that treat wheat malts right. Theoretically my dream beer is a well-hopped, funky, wheaty-tart, multi-grain, brett'd saison. Any suggestions, let me know. On a personal level, I have a weakness for nice stemware and trail running. And, on principle I am a big supporter of East Coast (D)IPAs.
