Evansbeer

I have had a love for beer all of my life, from my first warm Natural Ice at the age of 16, to beers that cost upwards of 12 dollars a bottle. I am a fan of pale ales, pilseners, and lagers. I won't rate IPA's because, frankly, I don't like them. I study Psychology and am aiming for my PhD. I love food, beer, and wine. My favorite country of beer is Germany since I am German myself. I also have a weakness for sweet beers, my favorite being DFH Etrsuca Bronze. I think beers should be enjoyed like wine. Although I am a college student, I think getting drunk is irresponsible, beer should be enjoyed for its quality and not ABV.
