    Stout man through and through. Lean toward sweeter,creamy stout with nice coffee and chocolate notes. Also enjoy porters,some ales,ipas,bocks,and pales. Not a fan of lagers,ambers,lambics,pilsner or anything with strong fruit and spices. Not knocking them they just aren't my taste as I'm more of a taster/enthusiasts than a drinker at this point and lagers and such tend to be more for social drinking. Although there are exceptional examples by many brewer now.
    Trying to get my home brew kit together and recreate a stout my brother and I made years ago so I am really exited.
