Noticed your BA handle - a chemistry/beer geek who can say alcohol "in a different language"! Love it!

Finishing off a 1/2 growler of 6-Point Resin IPA then ending the weekend quaffing with my 1st Brooklyn Dry Irish Stout. Enjoy the rest of your weekend my fellow beerheads!!!

Peeper. Goddamn this beer is crisp, floral, sunshiney and just fucking lovely. This so perfectly resembles the beer equivalent of those first few scattered days in Spring when the still-crisp air gets and moist and energetic with new tree buds and it feels like you’re seeing the sunshine in a way you forgot you knew.

I realize that probably sounds weird to some of you, but if it does it's just because you have no joy in life anymore and you're probably a horrible human being. Just kidding. But seriously you guys, this beer is like Springtime to me, and when I get that feeling (described above) this is the kind of music I feel compelled to listen to:

(In no way incidentally, No Age is one of my favorite bands.)

Great night at Monk's. Had a Peche Mortel and Bling Pig on tap, then shared bottles of Rhizing Bines, Cantillon Kriek, and De Struise Black Albert.

Yeah it's an awesome beer and so cool you can buy it so cheap. Did you get to try to Providential Ale? It was a Belgian "Golden Ale" also brewed by Unibroue and was pretty tasty.

Nice beer. What're your thoughts on it? And nice snowman cookie in the background. Very seasonal :-)

Evolution Lot #6 vs. Troegs Nugget Nectar. Figured I will try do a side by side of to fresh local hop bombs. Nugget Nectar is solid and well balanced, but the Lot 6 is more hop forward and has more hop varieties. Would drink either beer any day of the week but I like Lot 6 more. Cheers!
