2)Kona Brewing love their Koko Brown plus I'd love to go to Hawaii & they're brewery has a lot stuff on tap too.
3)Brouwerij Van Steengerge Especially if Johnny Fincioen from the youtube clips is there. I wanna have a beer with that guy.

    Cantillon (I mean, cmon)
    De Molen
Russian River (I WILL make it here someday)

I'd say Hill Farmstead, but I hear it's sorta a garage with a beer counter, lol.

If I could sneak inside Goose Island's barrel program and get a tour, that would be awesome as well... but as far as I know, there are no tours.

Founders, Firestone Walker, and Stone. Never been to Founders or Firestone walker, gotta get back to Stone. A very close 4th is Oskar Blues because I heard they have great BBQ.

    I've been to Funky Buddha.

Uh, there's not much to see of their equipment (I believe it's 1bbl, very small system). The beer is just as amazing as you've heard though.

They are building a new production brewery however.

Since I was able to visit RR this past fall, my new grouping would be:

    Alpine
    HF
    Cantillon

    3. Founders. Love their beer, would love to have access to the awesome stuff they always have going on in their taproom.
    2. Three Floyds. So, I've only had Alpha King ever, since I've only ever found myself in 3F-deprived locales, but I hear nothing but outstanding things about their brewery and taproom experience, from friends who have been going to Dark Lord Day for years.
    But above all others...
    1. Weihenstephan (But not until 2040). Ok, come on - the world's oldest active brewery, having their millenial brewing celebration? 1000 years of brewing? I don't care if they actually brew their hefeweissbier in giant toilets, that is going to be an incredible experience.

I've been to the three I mentioned. The reason I chose Russian River and Funky Buddha was not to see the breweries, but for the great beer they have at the respective taprooms. Cantillon is only worth visiting for the experience most of the time, they didn't have anything special when I visited.
