Tennessee- Adam Bomb IPA from Blackstone. Not a lot to choose from that is brewed in TN but, Adam Bomb is a pretty darn good IPA.

Founders Breakfast Stout I believe to be the clear winner. They also make a ton of the stuff, so no trouble finding it.

I agree my dad lives 2 mins from full pint, chinookie is awful, Rye rebellion is estery as shit, tri pa is bla, their night of the living stout is way to roasty, their hobnober and pilsner are ok, and their all in amber is whatever. I hope they succeed but they need some recipe refinement, from talking to the guys at the brewery they are still evolving them though so maybe one day. My PA choice (my residency is PA) It would be troegs perpetual IPA, that beer is good. All their other offerings are good as well though.

From AR I would choose DB porter, we are kinda limited here. Diamond bear makes a decent porter that I think is as good as founders, their rocktoberfest is a good example of the style, the southern blond is a decent pilsner, the pale ale has won a couple medals in the GABF, their IPA is a...IPA, and that's pretty much all I have to say about them. We have no other real breweries in this state. Two or three brew pubs and a brewery that is some dudes hobby and he has no idea how to brew (refined ale).

I think only saw one fellow Centennial Stater, and I don't disagree with his choices. I'll add Deceit by Funkwerks and pretty much any of the Great Divide Yeti family or...perhaps Ten Fidy.

    Bros like imperial stouts.

Zombie Dust and Dreadnaught will get most of the Indiana love but I'll say Behemoth from Floyd's.

I've also recently really enjoyed Triton Rail Splitter and Flat 12's Half Cycle, both nice IPAs out of Indy.

Taste your way trough the Heavy Seas and Flying Dog offerings. Both are MD breweries that put out great stuff.

To me, those two breweries make a lot of 'good' stuff, stuff that's reliable and easy to find (Wildeman, Raging Bitch, Gonzo, Loose Cannon), but nothing that quite wows me.
