It's sitting on dry hops as we speak. Should get it in to bottles in about a week. I'll ship it on the 11th.

    Thanks!
Colin has done a great job with the Art. I just tell him the beer style and he gets to work.

Very nice, the font motif is pretty killer as well.

Which of these do we plan on seeing in 12 oz bottles? The Standard or the Hop?
Very excited to have a new local session.

Standard will be in 12oz. It should be just as hoppy as Hop, just half as bitter, and about 3% lower ABV. It's very light, and very hoppy.

Anyone know if choc is still putting their Dubbel in 4-packs? I know it was posted a longgg time ago but I haven't heard anything since a few months ago.

Sorry, Texas is so big, we can't help but clog up the forum.

JP Noel De Calabaza is pretty great for this weather that's creeping in.
I like the oak treatment they achieved quite a bit.

I noticed Fantome Hiver at the store, is this soon to be a regular thing? The Fantome, I mean?

I wouldn't know one whiskey from another, but I am sure hoping that the sourness is gone.

Oh okay, I heard that it was Evan Williams barrels.

I've never had Elijah Craig, but I as long as the base beer is great, who cares.

    I misspoke...
What I meant by that, is Coop could rack that beer
into whatever barrel they want, & I'd be completely
down to buy it every single year.

On that note, has anyone seen any 2011 TROAIS still around?
Freemans had some for a minute, but it's gone now.
