Good god I'm about to destroy my liver. We just got a Total Wine and I am now paying almost half for things like Ruination and Double Stout. Now also paying less than everyone else's sale price on things like Old Raspy and Dales Pale ale.

    America! Fuck yeah!

    The end.

I am thinking the same thing at this point. I just got fresh a fresh Lagunitas IPA 6 pack for $6...Spokane is a much better place as of yesterday.

Just picked up DFH 75 Minute for $7.99 at Total Wine. I hear most stores sell it for $10+

$4 has to be blow out sale price. I can't imagine that's regular price anywhere.

I stop by Total Wine at least once a week after work. Just picked up a Supplication for 12.99, another Alaskan Baltic Porter, and a build your own six pack. Cheers!

Fiist pump to them for blowing it out at that price. Around here, there's no way in heck they'd drop the price for "old" IPA's (in the mind of the hop head but not the retailer).

I've thought about that too. But it seems like distributors set the prices. Maybe Total Wine is calling bullshit on the distributors mark ups. Just a thought.

Where I am it's difficult to get sales on beers like Hoptimum, which tend to get sold out while still in season. However, I get SN 12 packs for$12. Good stuff

I have mix feelings about total wine. Yes I bought fruet for 27 bucks, while it was 30 in the Provision. What I dont like about tw is there web site is never accurate. Ive gone twice to pick up orders and then they tell they dont have it, and it was beers from.flying dog and port, nothing rare so Im like, wtf?

In my experience, the website is usually accurate within a certain time span. Usually, if it lists something there and it isn't, it was just recently sold out. Sometimes it is mistaken, but never with anything too important. The website is good for finding when a limited release hits shelves.

Total Wine is my go-to beer store. It doesn't suck that it's only a mile from my job. Lunch break beer runs.

They have shifty upselling policies that they make their employees follow (mostly for wine though), and they tend to have lame/uninformed customer service (as far as beer goes), but you can't deny that they get stuff for cheap.

a couple dudes at the TW near me are members of BA and as far as their upselling policies I don't mind much because they've steered me toward some awesome beers that I probably would have never considered.
