A 12oz hand bottle of (the original!) Heady Topper from back when the brewpub was still open. Just waiting for the right time to open this beauty.

Mine would be one of these:

    3 - Firestone Walker Anniversary Verticals 10 - 15 (but soon to be 16)
    5 - Firestone Walker Parabola Verticals (10, 11, 12)
2 - Deschutes They Abyss Verticals

I know a guy who has at least two bottles of each year going back to 1986, and after 1999 he's got a case of each. It's truly an epic sight to see, and Bigfoot never really gets me too excited. I guess it's the sheer number and hoarding skills that makes it awesome.

I'd have to go with my Terrapin Big Daddy Vlady. It was the first beer that made me go "wow!" it's what started my passion for craft beer. I still have two left, and I am going to crack one open around Thanksgiving. I just hope I am not disappointed by it. It's probably not as great as I remember it being, and I have since tried many other wonderful stouts. I'm sure my palate has changed a lot in the 18 months since I last had it.

While it's not the rarest/most limited thing in my cellar mine would be the Chocolate Rain my fiance got me as an engagement gift. I'll be opening it on my 5 or 10 year wedding anniversary.
